Consignment
1. Initial shipment: minimum 5 tons of green coffee.
​
2. Coffee arrives in Spain and is stored under the ADT or DDA regime, with no immediate taxes and under the exporter’s name.
​
3. We have up to 60 days to sell the coffee to local roasters and distributors.
​
4. If we don’t sell it, we buy the lot at the previously agreed price.

In rare, well-matched cases with approved samples, the first lot could be purchased at a market-based & competitive price per kg.

We will review the quality, volume, and price. If there’s a market fit, we’ll request physical samples for validation. If approved, we offer Consignment or an Initial Purchase.
Payment terms
Consignment:
➜ Advance: up to 10% with FCR
➜ Balance: up to 90% after sale or within 60 days after arrival in Spain and BL transferred to our name

Initial Purchase (CIF):
➜ Advance: up to 20% with FCR
➜ Balance: up to 80% after arrival in Spain and BL transferred
to our name.
